Welcome to BubzRides. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our transportation services and website. By enrolling with or using BubzRides, you agree to these Terms in full.
This section provides answers to commonly asked questions, helping users find the information they need quickly and easily.
1. Definitions
- “BubzRides,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the BubzRides transportation service.
- “You” or “Member” refers to the parent or guardian who enrolls a child in our service.
- “Driver” means an independent contractor engaged to transport children under our program.
- “Service” means scheduled child transportation between home, school, and approved locations.
2. Enrollment & Registration Fee
- To use our Service, you must complete our online enrollment form and pay the one-time registration fee of $40 for the first child and $25 for each additional child.
- Enrollment is not complete until we confirm route availability and receive payment.
- Registration fees are non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.
3. Weekly Ride Fees & Billing
- Weekly ride fees are billed in advance, on a weekly schedule.
- You may pay by credit card or ACH using our secure payment portal.
- Unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of service until the account is current.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1-Ride Changes & Standard Cancellations
You must cancel or change a scheduled ride at least 24 hours before the pickup time to avoid fees.
2-Late cancellations (under 24 hours’ notice) incur a 50% charge for that ride.
No-shows incur a 100% charge for the scheduled ride.
3-School Closures & Weather
No refunds are issued for single-day school closures, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your child’s school remains closed for more than three consecutive days, we will reschedule all unused ride days to future service dates at no extra cost.
4-Route Unavailability
If we are unable to serve your requested route after enrollment and payment, we will issue a full refund of any ride fees paid and, if you wish, place your child on our waitlist at no additional charge.
5-Billing Adjustments
Any ride credits due under these policies will be applied to your next billing cycle automatically.
5. Service Terms
- Service is provided door-to-door between approved pick-up and drop-off locations only.
- Children must be ready and waiting at the scheduled time and location. Drivers will wait up to three minutes before marking a ride as missed.
- Parents or guardians must inform us of any special needs, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns during enrollment.
- Sibling and group rides are permitted; pricing and scheduling will reflect shared-ride discounts.
6. Liability & Indemnification
- BubzRides carries liability insurance covering our drivers.
- You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless BubzRides, its drivers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Privacy & Data
- Your use of our website and Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Terms
- BubzRides may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
